Brooklane Baptist Daycare is a non-profit Baptist daycare and is a ministry of Brooklane Baptist Church. Founded in 1974, our Daycare is perhaps the oldest and most established in the Hueytown area. Emphasis is placed on helping families care for their child(ren) in a Christian environment. Daycare workers have undergone full background checks by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Alabama Bureau of investigations and are required to be trained in CPR and first aid. Food handler certification is also a requirement for all of our childcare staff.

The Brooklane Baptist Childcare Center consists of a class for 15 to 24 months, a class for 24 to 36 months, and after-school care for ages 3 and up. We also have a summer program for all of these ages! Our summer program is packed with activities such as water day, tumbling lessons in the gym, craft time, movie day in our own 90 seat theater, storytime in the library, playground time, and much more.

Brooklane Baptist Daycare strives to maintain the following recommended ratios of students to teachers:

K4 & K5                   $65 After School Care only
1st Grade & Up      $50 After School Care only
K3 & Up                   $110 Through summer months, Spring Break, and Christmas Break

Lunch is included for Toddlers, K3, K4, and K5. All Kindergarteners and Toddlers take naps in the afternoon. There is a $10 a week discount on additional children in Childcare.
